Vitamin D-3, 2000 IU - 30 softgels
Vitamin D-3 softgels supply this key vitamin in a highly-absorbable liquid softgel form. Vitamin D is normally obtained from the diet or produced by the skin from the ultraviolet energy of the sun. However, it is not abundant in food. As more people avoid sun exposure, vitamin D supplementation becomes even more necessary to ensure that your body receives an adequate supply.

I wanted a lower daily dose than the 5000 IU version and this is perfect !!!
No complaints about the product thank you!
Ordered for my parents who wanted something gentle for the winter. They both find the softgels easy to swallow and like that it's just one a day.
I use the 5000 IU in winter and switch to this 2000 IU from spring to autumn. Same quality, same small softgel, just the lower dose. Nice to have both in one shop
