This Payments page explains how payments are processed on suplify-supplements.com (the “Website”), operated by SUPLIFY LTD (Company Reg. No. 16723622), registered at 182-184 High Street North, Office 14700, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment by direct bank transfer only. EU customers can pay from their own bank account by SEPA transfer, with no additional fees for SEPA payments and no card needed. We do not currently accept credit or debit cards, cash, cheque, or cryptocurrency.

Bank transfer suits larger orders and recurring purchases particularly well, as there are no card limits or gateway fees involved.

2. Currency

Prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or GBP. Your order is invoiced in the currency shown at checkout. If your bank account is denominated in another currency, your bank will apply its own exchange rate and may charge a conversion or transfer fee. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for them.

3. How Payment Works

• When you place an order, we automatically send you an email containing our bank details and the amount to be paid.
• Please transfer the full order amount to the bank account provided in that email, quoting the order reference so we can match your payment.
• Once your payment has been received and processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order and shipping details.
• Payments are typically confirmed within 1–2 business days of the transfer being sent. SEPA transfers within the Eurozone are usually fastest.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but in the event of a pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Payment Security

• SSL/TLS encryption is applied across all pages, so your data never travels unencrypted.
• Bank transfers are made directly to our account through your own bank’s secure systems.
• We do not process card payments, so no card details are ever collected or stored on our servers.
• Orders are subject to fraud monitoring and suspicious-activity alerts.

6. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If we do not receive your payment, or the amount received does not match your order total, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. Orders are not processed or dispatched until payment has been received in full and confirmed. If a transfer has been sent but not yet appeared on our account, please keep your bank’s confirmation or reference number, as it helps us trace the payment.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, orders may be subject to automated and manual fraud-prevention checks. We reserve the right to request additional verification, delay, or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorised, and to return any funds received for such orders to the originating bank account.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and are made by bank transfer to the account from which the original payment was received, unless otherwise agreed. Where your account is held in a different currency from the one invoiced, the amount received may differ from the original payment due to exchange-rate movements, for which we are not responsible.

9. Order Confirmation

• Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received and processed.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email, including your shipping details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
